Throughout the day, about every 8 minutes, the system refreshes stock and option prices, recalculating all available trades based on the latest market data. This allows you to see how positions evolve—especially when a trade moves significantly against expectations.

That said, faster access doesn't always lead to better decisions. In fact, for many newer traders, constant refreshing can encourage impulsive behavior and increase the risk of losses. If you're still learning the ropes, there's no pressure to upgrade for faster updates. Always approach trading with patience, discipline, and a solid risk management strategy.
